| I have lived and worked in Whatcom County my entire life and take pride in calling the Pacific Northwest my home. I have worked for Windermere representing buyers and sellers throughout Whatcom County for over six years. I specialize in properties throughout Bellingham, Blaine, Lynden, and Semiahmoo.
Because of our close proximity to the Canadian border I work alot with Canadians that are looking for second homes or investment properties in the Blaine, Birch-Bay, and Bellingham area.
I work with a team of cross border experts that specialize in accounting and immigration services. Kathy Varner is a senior partner at Varner,Sytsma, and Herndon CPA firm in Bellingham and she has over 15 years experience in cross border accounting. Len Saunders, is a very well respected immigration attorney and his office is in Blaine.
With the strong Canadian dollar and Canadian Real Estate Prices skyrocketing alot of Canadians are not aware of just how easy it is to purchase real estate in the United States.

| Having owned and operated Blaine Beverage Company for roughly ten years taught me a lot about how to manage my own business. After ten years in the industry and reaching the top of all gaming establishments in the state of Washington I sold my interests and moved on to a new profession.
Today, many of the customers that I had while working in Blaine are Canadian clients and great connections that live in the Surrey B.C. area.
About a year ago I went into business with one of my Canadian clients and along with CPA and business partner Kathy Varner, opened a video game business in Bellingham called Reset Games.
Thankfully, we have an excellent management team and they are working at finding new locations and building Reset Games into a household name.
Having lived in this are for all of my 50 years I really enjoy meeting new people and welcoming them to such a great place to live, work, and play.
Real Estate like life has its ups and downs, but compartively speaking this is truly one of the best areas in the country to spend quality time and thankfully we are still small enough to not have major traffic issues that so many people face in larger metropolitan areas. |
| Interest and Hobbies: |
| My son Spencer is eleven years old and is my pride and joy. Watching him grow has been the most fulfilling aspect of my life. We live on our family farm where Spencer has plenty of room to run around and ride his motorcycle. He enjoys his videogames as most boys his age do, and is getting more involved with sports much to my satisfaction. I too am a big sports fan and am really excited to see Blaine’s very own Luke Ridnour playing for the Sonics! Now that they are gone to Oklahoma my son says I will be able to take him to more video game tournaments! This will be fun but I will miss my basketball team! |
